About the job
Selux serves customers worldwide. We support them in making key decisions, assist in product selection, and build strong, trust-based relationships.
To support our central sales team, we are looking for someone who enjoys supporting others and proactively improving processes. You approach your work with empathy and a deep understanding of your responsibilities, take ownership, and value trust.
Your mission
As an Internal Sales Representative, you will:
- Work closely with our international subsidiaries, partners, specialist departments, and order centers in our production facilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, from pricing and quotations to order processing, delivery, invoicing, and export documentation
- Act as an internal facilitator, responding to customer inquiries in a service-oriented manner or coordinating with the relevant departments
- Support the coordination of commercial and technical processes, scheduling, and project management
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and contribute to acquiring new ones
- Take a sales-driven approach, pursue your goals consistently, and celebrate successes as part of the team
- Serve as the link between field sales and internal departments
- Contribute to the continued growth of our company
Your Profile
Ideally, you bring:
- A commercial qualification or equivalent background
- Experience in sales or inside sales
- Knowledge of pricing and a good technical understanding
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP software
- Empathy, motivation, and flexibility
- A customer-oriented, hands-on mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with an organized and structured working style
- Very good German and English language skills
- Awareness of quality and environmental standards
- Experience in export business (e.g. customs regulations, letters of credit) is a plus
