About the job

Specification Sales Manager, larger Area London, UK

Join Selux and help us shape the future of lighting in the UK. As Specification Sales Manager, you’ll be part of a committed team and grow relationships with architects, lighting designers, landscape architects and specifiers across Greater London.

You’ll take ownership of your accounts and activities — while working hand-in-hand with our UK and international teams to align with the Selux strategy. From early design conversations to successful project delivery, you’ll play an active role throughout the process and make sure Selux solutions become the natural choice for inspiring, sustainable lighting in public spaces.

Your mission

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Champion Selux solutions at meetings, workshops & networking events
  • Get involved early in concept & specification phases to influence great outcomes
  • Manage your own pipeline through to close using our CRM tools
  • Work collaboratively with our lighting design, technical & marketing teams
  • Help shape market strategy and positioning

About You

You’re naturally curious and excited about how cities are shaped. You combine a love of design with a drive to win. You will thrive if you:

  • Understand how specification sales works — or want to master it
  • Communicate confidently and build trust with professionals
  • Enjoy the energy of business development and relationship-building
  • Like working in a collaborative team with autonomy in your territory
  • Want to contribute ideas and make things happen
  • Experience in lighting or architecture is a plus — but mindset and passion matter equally.

Skills & Essentials:

  • Strong communication & presentation style
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and relationships
  • Comfortable with MS Office + ready to learn CRM (SuperOffice)
  • Self-driven, proactive & organised
