Where we need your support

Selux serves customers throughout Germany and Europe. In doing so, we accompany our customers in important decisions, support them in product selection and ensure that Selux builds a trusting relationship. As a member of the marketing team in our Stockholm office, you will support our sales staff in generating new leads.

  • Support the sales team of four Account Managers (Sweden and Denmark) and the managing director with the daily business
  • Support with tender, purchase and order preparations and administrative tasks within the daily business
  • Support our customers with technical information about our solutions
  • Written and verbal communication with Selux headquarters in Berlin (English or German)
  • A passion to support and create value for our customers in the best way possible

Your profile

  • Experience in customer support as office assistant
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience in ERP and CRM systems
  • Organized and skilled in verbal and written communication
  • Team player, solution-oriented
  • Interested in lighting, lighting design and architecture
  • Service-minded
  • Experience in the lighting industry is advantageous
