The LP 12 Mall of Berlin on Leipziger Platz is a fashionable address for shopping, entertainment, working and living in Berlin. The shopping centre architecture is an homage to the former Wertheim department store, which was once located here. Being the finest store in Germany back in its day at the start of the 20th century, it transformed Leipziger Platz into a pulsating area of the city.

This desire for a chic shopping experience à la Wertheim is reflected in the design of the entire mall — including in the arcades and exterior passages where 46 exquisite Selux steel cable pendant luminaires radiate warm light. These octagonal special luminaires were manufactured from raw brass and opalescent glass and blend in superbly with the sandstone façade.

The premium-quality Selux lighting technology ensures uniform lighting of arcade walkways, turning shopping into an enticing experience in an attractively lit atmosphere.
