In the spirit of modernity and global trade, Mireille Guilano, president and CEO of Clicquot, Inc., the US subsidiary of Veuve Clicquot – one of the premium champagne labels in the world – selected the Starrett Lehigh Building in the Chelsea section of Manhattan to relocate the company’s US headquarters. The loft-inspired transformation of the 13,500 square-foot office space by Traboscia-Roiatti Architects included the sleek and contemporary design of Selux M100 Tannenbaum fixtures.

The recessed fixtures were used throughout the space; however, the most dramatic application was in the glass conference room. Fishbowl-like in design and located at the hub of the headquarters, the space is simultaneously a viewing platform and a stage; it also is partitioned off at times for private meetings. To meet those demands, the lighting had to look great and perform flawlessly under a range of conditions while helping to define the space.
