M100 Series Expansion
The M100 Series of linear fluorescent luminaries has been expanded to include the M100 Super Recessed and M100 Tannenbaum. Also, all M100 luminaires can now be ordered with "staggered lamps" to completely obscure socket shadows when combined with the new Diffuse Lens (OD) shielding option.
M100 Super Recessed is a 6" depth extruded aluminum form which incorporates the ability to sink the lamps deep into the fixture thereby enabling more control of the light output, especially in conjunction with the new Diffuse Lens (OD) shielding or by taking advantage of the possibility to have fixtures fitted with two layers of lenses. M100 Tannenbaum is a 5" extruded form with inset shieldings and attractive, stepped aluminum recessed sides. Both the Super Recessed and Tannenbaum are available with staggered lamps for complete socket shadow elimination.
M100 luminaires feature a compact architectural scale for recessed, semi-recessed, surface and suspended applications. They were developed with a dedicated systems approach for total design freedom and specification flexibility. Selection of over 10 different shielding options includes radial parabolic injection molded louvers and lenses, perforated panels and louvers, as well as IESNA RP-1 compliant specular and semi-specular aluminum louvers. Direct, indirect and asymmetrical precision reflector systems have been optimized for output of T8, T5, T5HO, and twin-tube T5 fluorescent sources. The system allows a combination of fluorescent, MR-16 point sources and track modules to be incorporated in one section.
Linear extruded aluminum advantage allows for a clean ceiling appearance, continuous row mounting, mitered corners and special cut lengths needed for wall-to-wall mounting. Die cast end plates and a pressure-draw splining system ensure a clean transition at the connection and termination points and eliminate unsightly light leaks. Quick release gear trays, snap-in shielding and a wide variety of mounting hardware options simplifies installation and maintenance.
