MTR Bollards are available in 8" cylindrical and triangular forms.
Because they are installed below or near eye level where people are
driving or walking, it is especially important that glare be minimized.
This is achieved brilliantly through the use of MTR refractors.
The
MTR refractor incorporates the light-bending properties of a prism,
which directs the light precisely where you need it most with minimum
intensity at critical viewing angles. Unlike conventional bollards, MTR
optics are designed to reflect a small amount of light upward,
providing torso illumination for recognition and depth perception, and
enhancing the sense of security and visual comfort.
